How we handle your information

Greek Faith Life only collects information you choose to share with us through the contact form on this site. When you submit the form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The audience you identify with (e.g., student, parent, alum)
• The message you write

We do not use any analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site. We do not collect data about your browsing, location, or device beyond what is needed to deliver the website.

Information you submit through the contact form is used solely to read and respond to your message. We do not add you to any mailing list, sell your information, or share it with anyone outside of Greek Faith Life and the service providers listed below who help us operate the site.

Server logs (such as IP addresses and timestamps) are retained for approximately 30 days and then automatically purged.

Contact form submissions are delivered as email to Kristen and are retained in her email account for as long as is reasonably useful for following up. If you would like a copy of your submission deleted, you can email kristen@greekfaithlife.org and we'll remove it.

We use a small number of trusted services to operate the site:

• Vercel hosts the website. Vercel processes standard request data (such as IP address and timestamp) needed to deliver pages and maintains short operational logs.
• Resend delivers contact form submissions as email to Kristen.
• Zeffy handles donations on a separate page if you choose to give. Donations are processed under Zeffy's own privacy policy.

These providers act on our behalf and only receive the information they need to perform their service.

Greek Faith Life does not set marketing or analytics cookies on this site. Our hosting provider may set technical cookies that are required for the site to function. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any similar tracking tools.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Confirm what information we have on file from your message
• Correct anything that's inaccurate
• Delete your contact form submission from our records

To make any of these requests, email kristen@greekfaithlife.org.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our contact form, please email us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time as the ministry grows or as our practices change. When we do, we'll update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here.
